Horrible Service Webafrica!

Can I take my star back.... Does not deserve a star... I don't understand why this is taking so long...between the Facebook messaging, the whatsapp chat and the telephone call centre, I'm not sure sure which is worse... If anyone should ask me right now about my experience with webafrica, it will not be a good review... This type of customer service is not what I expected from webafrica. It's been 5 days and still my issue is not resolved. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible!!!
