Horrible service provider ever!!!!!

I signed up at the beginning of September 2022, my bill for the month is supposed to be R399.20 as per the promo and invoice, but they debited me R900. The agents on the WhatsApp group are not helpful when querying my account he sent me an image showing me that my fiber line is active.

I spoke to Muneebe and Sandile who both promised me a call but never called me back.

Ridiculous service !!!!!.
