Horrible service, Poor communication, Webafrica not available when you contact them

I placed an order and paid for it on JAn 6 2022, only to find that there is no fibre in my area. I tired several times to contact webafrica even via whatassp no response. I need to be refunded . Lehlohonolo (EGI99) ID ***. I have even selected an option for them to call me back they havent. Please refund
