Horrible Service from Webafrica

I have recently moved to a new premises. for the past 2 days i have been trying to get assistance in setting up my internet.

Webafrica was very quick to take my money, with an additional amount for an installation fee. and yet i still do not have internet or anything running at all.

Trying to get hold of the support center is impossible, i have been on hold for almost 2 days with no help, or assistance. I do not know who to speak to or what to do as this company is not there to assist.

If this is not resolved i will be cancelling very shortly.
