Horrible service from webafrica

Third outage in three months

I reported a fault, we received a fault reference for Vuma, they still haven't come. Vuma advises an outage in the area after 2 days. Webafrica whatsapp bot says there is no outage.

There seems to be a fault in communication. We still get billed. There is no call centre and can only get through online which takes forever.
