Horrible service from webafrica

I initially tried to pay the once off fee using credit card their system instead did a eft, which took 7 days to clear, once it was cleared only then did they say the previous tenant did not cancel their fibre, i have to find the previous tenant, speak to them and ask them to cancel before i could get a technician to come through

since then, i am getting 5mbps speeds whereas i have signed for a 250mbps line

they still until today cannot resolve it

to make matters worse, you cant even call in
