Horrible service from Webafrica

Webafrica called to upsell an upgrade to Fibre 40/10 i agreed at first but i called back the next day to cancel the order for the upgrade is now 2 months that they charge me for the Fibre 40/10 service i requested for them to cancell the order 3 months ago and their customer service is horrible and weak there agents doesnt know anything or what products they have Horrible Horrible Horrible Horrible
