Horrible service from Webafrica

I have been trying to get my wifi installed for the past few weeks. This company has been giving me nothing but the worst service ever, one cannot even get ahold of them via phone call and the WhatsApp customer service they prove is utter *******. One keeps getting transferred to the next agent that doesn’t even even help. I just want a simple thing, for someone to confirm my address and they come and install how can that be soo difficult. Yeah be made payment and they just refund my account
