Horrible service from VUMA & Webafrica

I waited for months for VUMA to finish fiber construction finally the finished last month Then I paid my Installation fee last month only to be told they will install after 2weeks I waited patiently and today the 16th of February 2021 is the Installation day I'm currently at work then I get a phone call from the installers that I have to hire a grinder to open up my pavement as they can not install today without digging the ground. When they were constructing my pavement was grinded through I dont understand why th cables were not installed in a proper position then now they have to re grind at my expense. Companies should stop employing uncompintant people who think they can just do as they please with customers. I have endured horrible service from both VUMA and Webafrica. My kids are so unhappy as they had a relief that they will be able to do their home work satisfactory.
