Horrible Service

I signed up for Fibre with Webafrica and paid the fee online as requested after they found that I have fibre connection in my area. They told me installation will take 3-5 business days I called on the 6th day to find out what is happening only for them to only tell me that my complex does jot support their service providers I asked them to refund me my money because why did they not reach out and tell me that when they found that out and why are they saying that because I already have Fibre in my flat but I just saw that the deals were affordable after I spoke to a lady eith teagrds to this 3 weeks ago she has been getting back to me ever since.
