HORRIBLE SERVICE FEOM WEBAFRICA

I placed an Oder last year December it was only installed 3 weeks ago the after installation the vuma tel technician tells me vuma dose not have infrastructure in my area then leaves, trying to get another service provider I can’t they tell me I have a pending Oder with webafrica when I call them I hold for over 40min the they hang up or transfer me only to hold for another 30min, even so no one has helped me. I’m currently working from home, my kids need the internet it’s just a mess I pay over a thousand on data bcos of this mess
