Horrible Service

Don't use WebAfrica I have waited 2 days for a response from a call centre agent. I am trying to cancel one of my WebAfrica accounts and give a months notice - January - because the series so ****** useless and the agent contacted me only now she says I have to pay for February as well. I phoned the call center numbers, eventually got an agent and the call got cut. Absolutely shocking service ..I have been recommending them but big mistake!
