Horrible service. Extremely slow support

I ordered one of their fibre packages. And upon installation, Openserve (Who is responsible for the fibre lines in my area) messed up the installation causing our current fibre line to be "uninstalled" (The word Telkom used). I lodged a cancelation request before November, and it still isn't finalised. I'm being billed monthly without being able to use the wifi. Openserve also blatantly **** and said they did a full installation, yet they were only here a few minutes, AND we already had a fibre box installed. This means when the cancellation finally gets finalised, I will have to pay a R3k fee even though they did no installation. The service received was horrific and I regret signing up for the package. I am now losing money and a lot of patience while nothing seems to be done about the issue.
