Horrible service

********** service from Webafrica. We got our router installed and it has never worked. There's no number to call—you're forced to use WhatsApp, where you're just bounced from one agent to another until they eventually stop replying altogether.

We logged a support call, and instead of resolving the issue, they closed it without doing anything. No updates, no fix, no accountability.

We paid for a service we haven't been able to use for even a day. It's beyond frustrating.

Webafrica is a complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs. 😔 We regret going with them.
