horrible service

The service is very bad . they are using a Whatspp line for customer service . the issue are : 1. slow to respond and be put through to an agent. 2.agents dont have technical skills required to resolve some issues . they are reading from a script , therefor when your unclear on instructions they cannot assist. 3.their follow up or customer resolution is ineffective .
