HORRIBLE service

HORRIBLE service. They charged me R248 for the apllication fee for fibre with Vumatel - only to inform me that Vumatel is not available in my estate and I have to go with their Frogfoot package instead. Consequently they deducted another R248 for that application fee. I struggle on a daily basis to get a consultant to assist me - the installation of the fibre line with ES Telecoms went very well. The line was installed and Frogfoot activated the line, everything in 24 hours.... yet Webafrica can till today (since 13 March 2025) not provide me with a date when I can expect my router to be delivered. I have tried their sales and technical support lines and there is no answer - I tried their Whatsapp support line and it takes up to 2 hours for an Agent to respond to me often not being able to assist concerning the whereabout of my router. PATHETIC service, I would reccomend staying away
