HORRIBLE SERVICE ‼️

I have cancelled my order last month after being unattended for 3 weeks since I have ordered on the 3rd October and installation never took place. I decided to cancel 22 October 2020 and the turn around was until to 5th November 2020. I followed up today and my refund won't be processed because it was not cancelled in the first place. I am not given a turnaround time now.
