06 May 2026, 10:53Hi Laula,
We understand how frustrating and upsetting this experience has been, especially dealing with repeated downtime, closed tickets without feedback, challenges reaching support, and then having your service cancelled after you stopped paying due to ongoing issues. This is certainly not the experience we want for our clients, and we recognise how exhausting this has been for you.
We’ve reviewed the account and can confirm that Telkom has provided confirmation that the service has been reconnected. To restore connectivity, please restart the router, as this will allow the connection to re‑establish successfully. Once restarted, the service should come back online.
Your feedback regarding prolonged downtime, ticket handling, response times, and the overall support experience will be shared with our Service Quality Team for review and improvement, as urgency and clear communication are essential.
If you still require any assistance after restarting the router or if the connection does not restore, please feel free to reach out to us via a direct message on Hello Peter, and we’ll gladly assist further.
Warm regards,
Webafrica Crew

21 May 2026, 10:37Hi laula, Thank you for your message, and we’re glad to hear your router is now back online. We’ve reviewed your account and can confirm that the service was disconnected due to non-payment, and at this stage there are no active faults logged on the account. Regarding the request for downtime credit, please note that we are unable to process LTE downtime credits, as LTE services are provided on a best-effort basis and speeds are not guaranteed due to the nature of the network. We appreciate your understanding and are glad your service is now working again. Warm regards,
