Horrible service!!!

The worst service ever, called the contact number then I was redirected to what’s app, requested to chat to an agent at 7:30, it is now 9 o clock, still nothing. Tried to call the number, it keeps redirecting to what’s app and no one gets back to you. The service sucks, it’s horrible. How and why does it take so long for someone to get back to you, what service are you even proving if any, nothing! No service! Horrible, horrible. I would never recommend your services to anyone.
