Horrible service

Constantly being ignored. I've been waiting and waiting I'm stuck with no Internet on my very first day as a client

I've tried calling, and they offer 0 help.Everyone has a different opinion about me not having Internet but 0 solutions. Absolutely disappointed. Did not expect to start my relationship with web africa like this
