Horrible service

Yet again without internet for 4 days, today i get told i need to wait another 5 working days for a router to be delivered to me. I reported my line down on Friday, Vumatel came to fix their problem on a Sunday but Webafrica does not seem fased at all that our internet is down. This morning i tried contacting them via their whatsapp line, it took an hour for a agent to actualy come in contact with me.......Disgrace!!!! Every single time they mess up!!!!! So sick and tired of webafrica
