Horrible service

Terrible service, received router but it’s more than 3 weeks it’s inactive but they keep debiting my account. Everyday I spend about an hour or more with their customer service via watsapp as you cannot call them, they log a call and promise to sort it out within 24 to 48 hours, they don’t come back, you go back to them for an update then you have to start all over again.

When you communicate with customer service they give you instructions, we followed every instructions but still not working.

Have decided to cancel as I’m not getting any help out of this .
