Horrible service and useless provider

Been struggling with our fibre for over a week now, we got told last week Wednesday that they will log a query for dial a nerd to call us and book a appointment (because they don’t do call outs, they only outsource).

After speaking to them 5 times with references ******8 *** One reference short because the agent just ended the chat. We only received a call from dial a nerd today saying they only received a request yesterday, and that’s after I spoke to a agent again about our line and him insuring that it’s all up and running now again.
