HORRIBLE SERVICE AND PRICES ARE A LIE!

Terrible service received from Webafrica consultant named Marcia Z. First the amount for my internet was increased without my consent, then they invoice me incorrectly. The client portal clearly shows the package I have is R549 and yet they invoice me R649. The consultant is rude and keeps saying the amount is correct after I sent her screenshot proof from the website showing the amounts. This is the poorest service I have ever received and the consultant TELLS me to pay the account .... end of story... as if I must just accept the incorrect amount and keep quiet. They advertise one price then wants you to pay more and keep quiet! Absolute nonsense that you can't even SPEAK to someone you have to argue on Whatsapp chats!!! Ridiculous.
