Horrible service

Terrible service. I am left without internet constantly for extended periods. WebAfrica don't have a contract number so no way to speak with someone for assistance. Sometimes it takes days for a response via their Whatsapp.

It's been months of constant complaining but WebAfrica refuse to provide a managers information or to resolve the problem.

Had to start work at 3am to find I'm once again without service. Now I have to wait until 7:30 to get assistance from an agent.

This is a terrible service provider and I do not recommend it.
