Horrible service

Ordered a service on 13 Jan 2021 it's now 28 Jan 2021. Trying to activate my line is like pulling teeth! i have been on with chat agents for the last two weeks. Constantly get transferred to different departments and told someone would look into it, get back to me or it has been escalated. NO ONE HAS.. absolutely pathetic and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this to anyone. I can't even get in touch with anyone to cancel this stupid thing. Worst experience of my life. Stay Away
