Horrible service

Poor customer service. Every time you wanna speak to them they transfer you to a ****ing robot. And when I choose the option of speaking to a human being. It takes up to 4 hours for that human being to get back to me(not even sure if it’s a human being). I need a simple thing, a password. Your technicians told me that within 20 minutes after the installation I will receive a password via email or sms. It has been 14 hours now. If y’all can’t help me, send your technicians to come and remove the nonsense and pay me my money back. I can’t struggle like this.
