Horrible Service

Webafrica is our service provider. What a joke. You can not communicate with anyone. Their website is never updated. You need to speak to a robot the whole time. I send a message to them last night already and still no response. Our lines are down and they just do not care. We run a business, how are you suppose to run a business like that. We using Vumatel through webafrica and we are more down than up and running, but come time for payment you need to pay or they cut your line. These two companies are really the pits and has the monopoly in the area we live in so you can't go anywhere else... 😡😡😡😡😡😡
