Horrible service!

This company has the worst support structure and policy around! I have had a issue with my LTE service for almost a week now, the speed of the service is a fraction of what it used to be! Multiple emails, support tickets ect and stil no change. They are selling a product that works of Telkom and the communication beteween the two companies is flawed, to the point where it becomes the customer's responsibility to fill out forms and do screenshots ect. No feedback untill i phoned again and logged the same fault, still no change... This is unacceptable! I am paying a premium fee for a premium service, but nothing gets done! I have given this company a lot of customers, but no more!
