HORRIBLE SERVICE

If I could give these people 0 I would.....Useless beyond compare....Placed my order on the 6th of may...It is now the 18th and I still do not have internet...I want to cancel to go to another ISP so I can get better service and they say they want to charge me a cancellation fee???? FOR WHAT???? The Installation of he fibre box is paid by Frog foot and they did **** ALL....If you call the sales number they will answer with in 2 minuets and TRY AND CONTACT ANYONE ELSE AND YOU ARE ON HOLD FOREVER....Rather go to Level 7...they are a small company that give amazing service, Going to cancel with these guys and NEVER EVER CONTACT THEM AGAIN...Would not even take a bottle of water from these guys....Completely useless
