Horrible service

Extremely horrible service. You cannot speak to a consultant unless you want to sign up. I cancelled my service end May, paid their R999 cancellation fee, sent the router back with THEIR courier and then got charged another R999 fee beginning of August. No luck trying to sort that out as their agents just ignore you. No way of getting hold of their billing department unless it's online or on Whatsapp. Extremely frustrating.
