Horrible Service

Hi, I sincerely advise no1 to use this service. Webafrica knows how to rip people off. I signed up last year with package of R499.00 then January came and suddenly they start deducting R709.00. I've messaged them numerous times on whatsapp even asking them to kindly escalate me query but no manager has ever attempted to call me. The agents that chats to me says I was on a promotion which they made me aware of via email. I WAS NEVER MADE AWARE NOR SENT A MAIL OF ANY PROMOS.This service is pathetic
