Horrible service

I contacted Webafrica on the 1st of September 2023 to order VumaTel firbre and on the 2nd i paid i made countless follow ups i was then told my area is not fibre ready then on the 8th I requested a refund the agent assisting me told the refund waiting period is 2months another agent told I have to wait 7-14 days another told I have to wait 14-20 days they give different information and they quick to tell me they waiting on VumaTel whereas Vuma says everything is on their side . This is insane I don’t get why I’m being given a runaround with my money
