Horrible Service

I cancelled my internet in November 2024. I was then charged R999 for a cancelation fee beginning December 2024 , after that I was charged another R999 end of December 2024 and it took me about a month for webafrica to tell me why that happened. They explained that it was contingent on my router being returned to Webafrica. The router was couriered back to Webafrica on 15 January 2025 and I was promised a refund by the end of January. Till now I have not received any refund and it is not for a lack of trying. This is absolutely ridiculous
