Horrible service!

I've been using WebAfrica's LTE internet service for about 7 months now. My internet is down at least once a week! If it's not down, it's extremely slow during the evenings. The only support is a Whatsapp support number, which they claim will help you "on the spot". I've been waiting for 2 hours to be connected to an agent on the whatsapp number. The service isn't bad, it's nonexistent!
