Horrible service!

I app**** for WiFi with web Africa on the 30/03 … they debited me for this service a week later, and the router was delivered shortly after that, however, it’s now the 07/05 and still no WiFi has been installed! I explained that there is WiFi in my unit , I just need to be connected? Another week passed without any communication! They have no contact number and their WhatsApp live chat is useless! I need assistance with cancelling this so I can apply with a reputable company!
