Horrible service

I have never came across such a horrible service and worse part is the communication is very poor from their side it's like they don't care about people's concerns, what happened to treating customers fairly?they just disconnected our wifi for no reason and we don't even owe them now we have to keep calling them and what annoys me is that they will take you from pillar to post I'm not even sure if they even know what they are doing, such a horrible service I will never even recommend to my worst enemy.
