Horrible Service!

If I could give them Zero stars I would. Alas, one star will have to do.

Absolutely pathetic service!!!! The fibre installation at our Durban Branch this past Friday was never completed. We were advised to wait an hour for a guy to come out and complete - no one pitched. Followed up with them, promised it would be done Monday first thing.

Monday CAME and WENT, no one showed and no communication from them either. Followed up on Tuesday again only for them to tell us that we would have to wait 24-72 hours for a call from Vumatel to schedule a time.

3 days and counting of business loss and at month-end! When this fact is brought to their attention, all they can do is apologize. They have no regard for the gravity of the situation and keep brushing us off. Everything seems to be out of their control.

Their agents are not well informed, do not communicate with each other and have great difficulty understanding.

When requesting a manager, we were told that managers do not take chats or deal with the issue at hand! How ridiculous!? Additionally, no one from their offices can give you a call - be it manager or agent.

This company is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Their customer service is non-existent, please do not waste your time and money signing up with them.
