Horrible service

I have emailed multiple times recieved one call back from tou guys I was promised my bill will be amended. I have paid you guys for my month of internet an its been 13 days an I have no service. This is ridiculous that I have to follow up. With no feedback. I have spent extra money for data worth over R300. I was promised my sim card will be delivered over 2 months ago I was told I will receive communication from the driver an still have not. My sim card has been disabled an my customer zone shows no usage please fix my internet or cancel my service.
