Horrible Service

If you are thinking of getting fibre through webafrica and vumatel… Do not, these two are the worst combination. I have paid three weeks ago and no one has come in to install fibre in my home… it’s also a mission to get someone to assist you😡 as I’m typing I’m requesting a refund because woow no joy from this company at all. I left rain thinking I might get a cheaper service, oh boy cheap did I get. They don’t even care on what you are using meanwhile😡😡😡😡 Then they refer you to a WhatsApp line where all you get is automated messages, not what they claim you will get, a live support agent😳This is frustrating indeed. Now I’ve been online waiting for credit department for 30 minutes.
