Horrible Pathetic Service

I have subscribed to their Internet services for past couple of years. As of the 21 March 2024 my internet was down. I understood that this affecting the whole area for few days already. However, this resolved a few day after 21March but my line never came up.

Several times I reported this issue to Webafrica but little action is taken from their side to resolve this issue. Only thing they ask is to restart the router and fiber optic box, nothing else further than that. Few weeks they have been sending technician. 2 weeks down I am yet to see that technician. What a horrible pathetic nonsense service delivery
