Horrible network and service from Webafrica and Frogfoot

It's been a total of 5 days since I moved over to Webafrica thinking it would be better than Afrihost as I'm working from home. It's been a nightmare from the get go. No one you can call, no one comes out, you can only communicate through WhatsApp. I have asked them to let me out of this contract before the month continues, cause my job is on the line due to my inconsistent network. I asked for a manager and was informed it will take 48-72 hours. Really? I just want out so I can start over. Webafrica and @Frogfoot can't fix this issue. Let me leave, I do not want to give a month's notice,cause I can't do this for a month. To pay for a service that does not work while I have to buy data extra to do my work.
