Horrible, lousy and frustrating

I have had just about enough with the lousy service I'm receiving. They take their money faithfully every month but complaints do not get resolved and consultants give wrong messages to their technicians. I think two weeks of patience is more than enough. How many times should one complain about the same thing over and over and over again before we receive attention
