Horrible ISP - Horrible service

Horrific service overall. I had initially ordered fibre and that was a fail from their end so I changed to LTE. Received my sim card on the 14th Jan and was told it would be active in 24/48 hours and it's now the 19th Jan my sim card is still not active after contacting them countless times!
