Horrible Internet Service

So, I had the worst possible experience with Webafrica. I waited over 6 weeks for the internet provider to call me to book and schedule for an installation. I phoned and Whatsapp daily to Webafrica on updates and they could NOT give me ANY answers. They were quick to take my delivery fee and send the router but over 6 weeks for the provider to call me which only Webafrica could schedule. I then phoned the provider myself and they had not even received an order from Webafrica with my details - 6 WEEKS DOWN THE LINE. I finally had enough and cancelled, I contacted another service provider and they set me up in one week. All 3 installations done in a week and active fiber from the SAME internet provider that Webafrica was using. I would NOT recommend Webafrica to anyone
