HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE - STAY CLEAR!!!

This company's service is totally horrible!

I have been trying to cancel one of two lines/service I have with them. It is not possible to call a support number to get his resolved. They hide behind WhatApp chats to avoid really dealing with customers.

At the end of January 2026 I spent almost two hours on this Online Chat to get the service cancelled. I had to spend another hour on this Chat now to get the details on where to return the router or else they will change you for the device.
