Horrible helpline and communication

Whats app helpline so **********, it’s like talking to a wall. You struggle so much to reach an actual person. Then when you resch an actual person they are not even competent. You are transferred from one department to the other. I sincerely regret signing up for this service. Horrible! Don’t do it.
