Horrible

Terrible company. They sent me a router wrongfully because they said fibre was available, I paid and then suddenly it was not available in my area anymore. They deducted 1000 for the router they sent me and know I have to return it at my expense to get refunded. They do not want to tell me where to return it too and no one answers
