Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! You have to pay a set up fee before anything even starts, which I wouldn't mind if they then actually did the job. My issue was to be "escalated" which would take 72 hours to resolve.... 72 hours later no escalation was even logged! and thats their own internal process. Watsapp staff dont know what's going on.

Im writing this review via mobile data as I still don't even have internet! Now I have to wait another week to get my money back (if I even ever do)
