Horrible customer service with no manager call backs.

I moved to another location 3 months ago. I canceled my previous contract and started a new one at my new home. They are still debiting me for both contracts and requested several managers call backs. To this day no one called. I queried the charges on 28 September and followed up today. Now they tell me the refund will be paid the 8th of November. No customer service, cannot get through on the phone number. They are horrible at customer service. They take your money and you have to wait weeks for it. Pathetic.
